If you make an attempt to pay but don't pay for the fuel, thats a failure to charge and we handle that personally by sending the vehicle owner a letter asking for payment. If there is no attempt to pay, we just call the police and report it, then they do basically the same thing as us.

If you pay cash you have to go inside and get the change or else I'm PROBABLY going to pocket it if you drive away. If you prepay with a card it works differently. At our station we don't actually charge your card until you are done pumping so we already have the actual amount you pumped so we only charge the correct amount to your card.

You don’t want to be charged an extra 20% in interest to put gas in your car, but if you can’t pay off your balance each month, then you will incur interest at whatever your annual percentage ...
