If none of the burners are lighting even though the ignitor is working then I would suspect a problem with the gas supply even though the tank has propane. Can you manually light a burner? I suspect the pressure regulator has failed. You can reply with any additional details or questions for further assistance.

Some of the high end stoves have a top burner lockout so that if the power goes off the burners will not continue to flow gas without a flame. On the control panel there is a button you need to press for about 3 seconds to engage

If all burners spark when you turn on a burner but none of the burners light, check the gas supply shut-off valve to make sure it's fully open. If the shut-off valve is fully open, you may need to have your gas supplier check the gas supply pressure.
