Junior Member. Feb 16, 2008, 10:51 PM. I did not feel my first baby move--at least in manner I could tell was him--until between 26 and 27 weeks. Moving gas bubbles could describe the motion. For me it was more like a twitch just below the surface. Everyone probably has a slightly different impression of the movement.
